I have this formatted nicely in the Blogger app, and I can't figure out how to fix it. My apologies.
I recently found a great new blog, Noel's Beautiful Life, and she's hosting her first ever link up, Letters to My Pet(s). I'm joining, won't you!
LETTER TO MY PETS
Dear Sabath/Sabby/Kitty:
Oh please cat, please stop staying out all night and then whining at the back door at 5 a.m. wanting in. I stayed in last night and was up with the girls having to pee or being afraid of the dark. Won't you?!
And then being annoyed when your sisters (Ava and Emma) want to play with you during the day...when you want to nap. You party all night... You still gotta do your daily chores!
Love your fur momma,
Amory
Dear sweet, sweet Lucy (black lab),
I love you puppy. But your fur is getting out of control. Maybe you can use that tail of yours to help sweep it up?!
And during water play outside....starring at me.....panting..... You need to run through the sprinklers rather than dodging them. YOU ARE A WATER DOG. ;)
Love your mommy,
Amory

That is so cute! I love the part about your cat crying outside the door at 5am. I sympathize!
ReplyDeleteOur cats were always looking to get in and out we were like doormen or doormats! So we put in kitty-doors; one by the front door and one by the back door-problem solved.
Now they wake us up at the crack of dawn to eat! You just can't win ;)
Yeah, with cats, well and animals, you can't win! ;)
DeleteI want to put in a doggy door for both animals on our back door too!
OH my word, you are the sweetest. Thank you, thank you. First I prolly shouldn't admit this but I kinda rushed through evening prayers with my kids just so I could get back to read your letter. Shame, SHAME, I know!! What a cute lil note, and your sweet Lucy is soooo sweet! I loved the part about your cat still needing to do the daily chores. SO CUTE! Again thanks for not leaving me their in the link world all alone ;)
ReplyDeleteAww! Well, I really have should of put in more funny and exciting things to make it worth it! I loved this link up....sweet and simple. And all about the animals of our lives. Host another soon so I can wrote about how the horses in back of us crap right along our fence. ;)
DeleteLOL- Hee hee... I will next month.
ReplyDeleteWhat cute pictures of your pets~ I love them!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are pretty sweet, minus the cat. He's my fair-weather friend.
Deleteha - my lab is afraid of water too - won't go out if it is raining or play in the house...and she SANK when we shoved her in the pool. Our other dog cant get a drink of water without splashing it everywhere. And your cat sounds like ours - only it is a cry for food every am.
ReplyDeletePets?!?!?
That's so funny!!! Well, Lucy will go swimming....jump, fetch, etc. But I guess at her old age of 8, sprinklers are just unacceptable. ;)
